FAQs

Why am I not enrolled or don’t have access to the next course?

Courses are scheduled to enroll 7 days from the time you completed your last course. For example, if you complete course 3 on Tuesday at 5 pm, Course 4 should be available to you the following Tuesday morning.

You’ll receive an email alert when the next course is available to take. If it’s been more than 7 days and you still aren’t getting access, double check that you completed all the steps in the previous course.

Where can I download my completion certificate?

Visit this page to download your completion certificate once all of the courses are finished.

No courses are listed on my account page.

Visit this page and follow the prompt to reinitiate your course registrations.

I’m not sure what to do next?

Visit the My Account page at any time to view your available courses.

If you have course content that is available but not complete, you’ll see an ENROLLED banner on the course. A progress bar below each course will also show you how much is left to do on the course if you’ve started it but not completed it. Click the SEE MORE button on any course you have not completed to open the course details and continue the lesson.

I’m not receiving emails about my courses.

  1. Please check your spam folder for our message
  2. Then whitelist our domain “learn.justusoasis.org” in your email client.
  3. If you are still not receiving messages, contact your email service provider/administrator and have them whitelist our domain with any spam protection services you may be using.
